Sia had gone to Fandom after a close call, and she tended to bounce around a little if she thought the Sith might have people out looking for her. This meant that she hadn't managed to hook up with her group again yet before she got the call from Jessica.

It also meant that she was in a good situation to go to her, arranging a time to meet at a cafe in a touristy area where she could more easily blend in.

Well, as much as someone more or less incapable of slouching could blend in.
